I'm Caroline, and I specialize in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy — a heart-centered approach that helps you connect with your Higher Self, the part of you that already knows what you need. From there, we can explore wherever you're called: past lives, quantum states of consciousness, soul work, energy healing, and the spaces in between.
Whether you're in the thick of healing something painful or simply hungry for deeper truth about who you are, you'll find a compassionate, non-judgmental space here. All of you is welcome — the tender parts, the uncertain parts, the parts still learning to trust.

My practice centers on Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, as taught by Holly Holmes-Meredith of the HCH Institute, one of the first hypnotherapy schools in the United States. This transformative approach helps you deepen your connection to your Higher Self—the infinitely wise part of you that knows what you truly need to heal and thrive.
Together, we gently uncover and release patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, allowing greater peace, awareness, and alignment with your authentic self. The goal is not only to ease suffering, but to support lasting inner transformation and self-empowerment.

["Caroline's healing is derived from all of the different modalities she has learned and studied over her life.
