Half the time, we’re already aware of what we need to know. This work is a reminder. A remembering. Maybe something moves inside your body. Maybe you breathe a little deeper. Maybe you visit a past life, or expand into quantum consciousness — into the everything-that-is — and remember your true nature beyond the body, beyond the mind, into the infinite.
As within, so without. Once your internal world begins to shift, your external world becomes a mirror of that.
I’m Caroline — a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, sound healer, and space holder for deep inner work. This is the practice I built around what I know to be true: the most powerful healer in the room is always you.

My practice is rooted in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy as taught by Holly Holmes-Meredith of the HCH Institute — one of the first hypnotherapy schools in the United States. This approach helps you access your own inner wisdom — the part of you that already knows what you need to heal and thrive.
Together, we gently uncover and release the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. True healing happens not by being saved, but by remembering that you already hold the power to heal yourself. The goal is lasting transformation — you, resourced and whole, as your own guide.
The Healing Experience
Each session is different, because you are different each time you arrive. What stays constant is the direction: inward.
Your conscious mind takes a back seat. What comes forward is something deeper — your subconscious, your expanded awareness, the intelligence that already knows what you need. The invitation is to trust what comes, follow it without judgment, and stay in the process even when it feels unfamiliar.

Caroline's healing is derived from all of the different modalities she has learned and studied over her life. I have yet to experience a healing session from anyone, that has the ability to feel the points in my body and work on them. Without saying a word Caroline hears your body and without speaking a word to her, she pinpoints and works the area amazingly.
